We connected with Donna through a friend who is also a part of the community, and our first encounter was a driving tour through Boise on a visit to decide if we were moving to the area from our community in the Midwest. We were uncertain about making the move based on things we had read and heard about Idaho, but as we visited with members of the community (including Donna) our fears subsided. Donna might have been wearing her realtor hat when we met, but we first and foremost felt her compassion and care as a community member.

We've been acquainted with Donna since moving back to the Boise area almost twenty years ago and were thrilled to learn she'd gotten her Real Estate license and were (I think) some of her first clients. She was amazing! She worked to make sure she understood both mine and my wife's goals and requirements and then spent months meeting us at different properties until we found just the right one. The housing market was definitely on an upswing when we bought our investment property and she worked to help us get the best deal possible. She was with us when our offer on a house we really liked wasn't accepted and assured us we would find something even better--we
just had to be patient. She was right. We found the perfect cottage on the bench--where we may one day retire. Until then, we know we can always count on Donna if we need the name of a handy-person, or a roofer, or a landscape company--or even an
after-hours electrician. All professionals we've needed since purchasing a 90-year old house!"
